My package is lost, delayed, or never arrived
If tracking shows no movement for a while or your package is marked delivered but never showed up, email [email protected] with your order number. We'll track it down and offer a replacement or full refund — whichever you'd prefer.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking email automatically once your order ships. Can't find it? Check spam, or search your inbox for "Shopify." You can also log into your account anytime to see order status and tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
USA only right now (including Hawaii and Alaska). International shipping got too expensive for us to sustain, so we've paused it until we can do it right. Join the newsletter to be first to know when it's back.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight — you'll see the exact price before paying. No hidden fees baked into product prices.
