My item arrived damaged or something's missing
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery to [email protected] — we'll send a replacement right away.
Can I exchange Original for Clean edition (or vice versa)?
Yes (if you haven't removed the plastic wrap)— email [email protected] within 30 days with your order info, send back the unused copy, and we'll ship the other edition.
Are digital PDFs refundable?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered — that's just how downloads work. But if the file won't open, is missing pages, or is the wrong file, email us and we'll fix it fast.
